Show Highlights
The May 2003 show was our first attempt at sponsoring a car show. We had decided early in the planning stages that if we had 25 cars, we would call our show a success. On the day of the show, we had a strong rain shower pass through, but we had faith that the Lord was going to give us a good day, and did he ever!! Soon after the rain, the skies cleared up and the grass dried in the warm morning sun. By lunchtime we had 70 cars and hundreds of people hanging out and enjoying super Christian fellowship at Gods house. It was a wonderful sight. |

Our car show went much better than we anticipated. We had to make 3 EXTRA trips to the grocery store to buy more and more burgers and hot dogs. Our Wesleyan Men did a great job with the cooking duties. The Far City Boys played some of that great bluegrass gospel music that they are famous for, they also did an outstanding job.

We are already planning our 2004 Cruise For Christ Show. It is planned for May 29, 2004. So make your plans now to attend, we are looking forward to having you at our Christian home.

Also, if you have any questions, comments or suggestions on how we could do better please feel free to send us an email below. 2004 Show Highlights Our 2004 Show was an awesome experience, we had 96 cars and hundreds of spectators and visitors. The entire day was a wonderful testimate to our Lords love, the weather was spectacular, the food was excellent and there was a feeling of friendship in the air. We had two excellent musical groups performing for us, The Rash family and The Golden Trumpets did an outstanding job. There was a kids play area that had a huge blowup jump tent and they really had a blast jumping all day. Make plans now to join us on May 28, 2005 for our next show. We are working hard planning this event, keep us in your prayers as we are making our plans for the 05 show. 2005 Show Highlights We appreciate everyone coming out for what we called "RainFest '05".......we still had a very good crowd. We had 65 cars in the pouring Forest City rain. But the Lord still blessed us and our event, we had lots of people coming through with umbrellas in hand and still enjoying all the cars, trucks and motorcycles. Make plans now to attend our '06 show, we are planning on the last Saturday in May. Join us to worship our awesome God. 2006 Show Highlights Our 2006 show was yet another testimate to Gods love, we had awesome weather, a great crowd of spectators and 93 cars registered on the show field. We had folks in attendance from NC, SC, TN, GA and FL, this was a first for us to have so many folks from neighboring states and we appreciate them coming such long distances to join us. We had a great variety of cars this year. Everything from motorcycles, stock muscle cars of the 60's, cruisers of the 50's to full tilt customs. We hope you enjoyed your day with us and felt Gods love through us. Make plans to attend next years show now, bring a friend or two when you come. See ya in May '07
